EXTRA: SLED PUSHE2MOM x 5 sets (10:00): -50ft Sled Push Same weight across. Choose a challenging weight you can do without breaking for the first 2-3 sets, but maybe not for the last couple. If you are unable to perform this on the mail gym side, do not replace with 2x25ft. Instead, perform 8/6 cal standing bike erg + 25ft sled push.
