GLYCOLYTIC REPEATS, WEEK 1Every 1:30 x 10 sets (15:00): -Assault Bike Sprint for times L1=8/6 Cal L2= 10/8 Cal L3= 12/10 Cal Goal= sprint, 20s or less, with no sets over 30s! We will build off this every other week for 4 total sessions.
